Everyone always asks which edge paint I use and for me I feel like the one I've had most success with is Uniters. Have been using the EP2000 and it goes on really well, sands well, layers well and works well with the fileteuse. Ive used it for years and am extremely happy with it. For anyone interested in testing it here is the catalog with contact info. I know they have agents all over the world so you can contact them to find out who supplies it in your region.

I also use the same as Peter's, Uniters EP2000, I am happy with it, covers well, sands well, only difficulty with some softer leathers are a bit of wrinkles in the bend. It seems splitting the leather and use a stiffer material for backing avoids this problem. Also a base coat of primer helps.

I've had success ordering Uniters from http://cuirtextilecrea.com/
their English isn't the best however and their customer service is even worse....

Uniters replied to my request for resellers in Spain and UK. They recommended for Spain:
Equipamientos Marroquineria, S.L.
Poligono Vizcarra, nave 23
03290 Elche
I’ve contacted them and they are slow to respond. They have a limited website, no online sales and no Uniters products listed. I guess a phone call to them to order is what’s needed as they haven’t replied to my email requests.
Evidently there’s no UK reseller at present so they recommend purchasing directly from them.
So far it’s easier to buy from RM in USA. Seems crazy to buy European products from USA though.

they sell small quantities so you can try them. I have been very satisfied with their customer service
